DORIAN (HELLAS) S.A. has established, within its Safety Management System, the procedures necessary to ensure that its activities and operations consistently and continuously meet the requirements of its customers. These procedures aim at the continuous improvement of our operations and performance through a closely monitored measuring & analyzing system.


Main Objective

Top management shall ensure that customers’ requirements (e.g. TMSA, Vetting criteria and requirements) are determined, closely monitored and met with the aim of enhancing Customer satisfaction. This is the cornerstone of the company’ s business strategy.

Additionally the Company shall endeavor to monitor information relating to the Customers ‘ perception of the company’s’ performance in order to facilitate further improvements. Customer complaints, whenever and however expressed will be dealt with the utmost urgency and priority and every effort will be made to investigate and rectify any identified problems.
